A: Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other room with three single beds. Maximum 5 persons per cabin. For health & safety reasons, we arent able to accommodate larger groups of guests in a single cabin.

A: Yes, all linen and towels are provided.

A: Yes, there are smart televisions in each cabin that receive all the local free-to-air channels as well as the ability to log onto your favourite streaming services using your own log in credentials.

A: Yes, each cabin has a split system,reverse cycle air conditioner which cools or heats the cabin with ease. There is also a wood-heater for use during the cooler months.

A: Yes, but only during the colder periods. e.g.winter. There are plenty of fallen branches in the surrounding bushland that can be gathered for use in the outdoor firepit.

A: Free WiFi is available at all cabins. There is limited mobile phone coverage available for Telstra customers with other mobile carriers having somewhat less success.

A: Each cabin has a self contained kitchen with all the basics including an induction 2-burner stovetop, electric oven, microwave, full-size fridge,and crockery/cooking utensils.Each cabin also has a gas BBQ on its own private verandah.

A: Each cabin has its own self contained bathroom facilities with a shower, sink and a separate toilet.

A: No, the cabins dont have dedicated laundry facilities. there are however two laundromats in Bairnsdale.

A: On the morning of your arrival we send you a message with self-checkin instructions. We utilise self-checkin on the property. Our house is also on the property and we are not too far away if required but far enough away to ensure your privacy.

A: We prefer payment via direct bank deposit. We dont have EFTPOS facilities. You can also book through one of the various other 3rd party booking platfgorms that we are found on.

A: Bairnsdale has Woolworths, Coles & Aldi as well as many other specialty shops.

A: We dont allow parties or gatherings at the cabins. This is to ensure the safety, peace and comfort of other guests staying on the property.

A:Due to the age of the cabins, disability access may be limited. We have had guests stay with assisted access help from thier travelling partners. Please contact us for any specific access related questions and we will be happy to answer the best we can.

A. We understand that sometimes plans have to change. We offer a full refund for cancellations up to one week prior to checkin. Cancellations with less than one weeks notice wont be refunded unless we can fill the vacancy.
